Location: Portlethen, Aberdeen (on-site)
Salary: £26,208 - £32,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent, full-time 40 hours per week

We are looking for a hands on Manufacturing Technician who is proactive and task driven. This person will lead by example, reporting non-conformances and unsafe behaviours immediately, driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. They will be responsible for supervising all activities from reception of raw materials to the dispatch of finished products. This will involve, but not be limited to, QC of materials, production blending of products, order preparation and load out.

The manufacturing technician will be responsible for carrying out all duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Manufacturing Supervisor. This role will require you to be task driven and flexible while carrying out your duties.

Your Mission

• Carry out all duties efficiently and safely in conformance with company Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental guidelines with an emphasis on wearing of correct PPE at all times, as per company risk assessments.

• Complete Incoming/Outgoing inspections of Offshore Tanks/Containers

• Complete equipment checks.

• Collect interceptor samples for QC analysis and carry out pumping operations under supervision.

• Supporting tanker operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of Secondary Education or equivalent.

• QHSE Awareness

• B1 Forklift Licence

• Lean / 55 Principles.
