Salary: £29,000 - £37,000
Contract: Permanent, part-time or full time available (flexible working options available)

We are looking for a Laboratory Chemist to carry out experimental project work aligned to support sales of our drilling & completions, production, hydrotest and geothermal chemical product range. This role is responsible for planning, executing and reporting on laboratory evaluations to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and legislation, primarily in accordance with ISO 9001 and 14001.

Your Mission

• Work safely and effectively in a laboratory environment, adhering to COSHH and risk assessments.
• Perform QC testing on raw materials and formulated products.
• Undertake general laboratory projects to overcome technical challenges.
• Undertake projects for the Hydrotest, Production and Renewables product lines.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Chemistry or relevant subject.
• 1-2 years experience in a laboratory environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office package is desirable.
